What do the apartments offer?

In each apartment you will find the following facilities: kitchenette, fridge with freezer, oven, moka, terrine/salad, pots and pans, cutlery, bowls, cups, flat and hollow plates, corkscrew, TV/sat, a safe, free wireless internet connection, terrace furnished with table and chairs, barbecue grill (shared).

At what time is the check-in?

The apartments are available to the new guests from 15 o’clock on the day of arrival

What time do we have to vacate the apartments?

Apartments must be left by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Is there air conditioning in all apartments?

Yes, each apartment is equipped with autonomous air conditioning and heating system (in the bedroom).

Does the apartment have a safe?

Each apartment has a safety deposit box.

 

Does the residence have parking?

Yes, the residence has a private car park not guarded but next to the property.

 

Does the Residence offer a laundry service to customers?

There is a special laundry room where you can freely wash your own linens. Each apartment is equipped with a clothesline. If you would like to use a different laundry service, just contact the Reception desk.

 

Are there restaurant services within the facility?

No. Our apartments are all equipped with independent kitchen. There is a grocery store 20mt away and we have an agreement with a restaurant at 300 mt from the apartments

 

Is there private pool? Is the Animation service present?

The residence does not have a private pool or entertainment service.

 

Can I bring my four-legged friend?

Small pets are welcome but limited and only if authorized by the management at the time of booking, it is also mandatory to use cleaning bins and envelopes.

3. Information about the residence location

How far is the residence from the sea?

The Residence is 250 meters from the beach Capo Grosso Bay, which you can reach on foot in five minutes, crossing the main road via Sirene and continuing for a private little street, which has a height of 50 meters and winds up to the beach in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, left untouched in its wildest suggestion.

The Residence is also associated with beaches distant just a few minutes’ drive (2 km) with parking located right next to the beach.

Is the beach equipped?

Capo Grosso Bay Beach is both free and equipped (convention with Lido Praia do Futuro).

Are there shops nearby?

Within 500 mt you will find the following services: Supermarket –

What activities can you do in Marina di Camerota and the surrounding area?
